If a design cannot be done in embroidery, we will produce it as a print instead to ensure the best possible result.

Exchanges & Refunds

All our products are custom made to order, which means we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Design

If a design cannot be done in embroidery, we will complete it as a print to maintain quality and style.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, the courier will attempt to contact you. If they do not receive a response after 2–3 delivery attempts, your shipment will be held at their office for 21 days. If not collected during this time, the shipment will be destroyed.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties. All customs charges must be paid by the customer.
